ERP Readiness, Acquisition and Implementation Services including:

Always start with an organizational 'Readiness Assessment'.

ERP solutions can be successful if you have taken the time to assess your organizations 'readiness' for undertaking such an enormous task. All ERP solutions have their strong points and weak points so in order to 'map' your critical business functions to an ERP solutions recommended 'best practices' you must understand (in detail) how your organization operates and how it is perceived from both the 'internal' and 'external' perspective. The short survey below will help you get started.

Our ERP services include:

  1. Organizational 'Readiness' assessments (Please see below).

  2. Requirements Definitions

  3. RFI/RFP Preparation, submission and evaluations

  4. Project Charters

  5. ERP Methodology and Project Planning support

  6. Vendor Contract Negotiation and more.

Assessment Process (example):

 1.        Distribute to each senior management / stakeholder involved in ERP selection process.

2.        Each respondent should be instructed to complete this assessment independently.

3.        Score each item from 1 to 5. (5 being the highest or best score.)

4.        Enter results in readiness spreadsheet and prepare assessment details.

Please complete this 'Confidential' Identification section:

Name:

Title:

Phone No:

Location:

Date: (mm/dd/yyyy)

Comments:

Important Note:

Although there are ‘minimum’ recommended totals for each of the categories listed below, an aggregate minimum can be misleading. If you are tremendously strong in one area and very weak in another, you are not ready! Therefore, no minimum aggregate is offered. It is up to you to analyze your shortfalls and take steps to remedy them before investing vast sums of money in a potentially doomed ERP implementation project.

The intent of this inventory /assessment is not to lead you to a firm conclusion as to your readiness for an ERP implementation. You should be soul searching in a corporate sense, and taking stock of where you are strong and where you are weak. If you are not ready today, you may be in a year or so. ERP vendors will still be there a year from now. In the meantime, your company will improve if all you do is work on the weaknesses that this inventory may expose.
