We are a Microsoft Dynamics
AX Partner and as a corporation, we focus
all of our attention on Microsoft Dynamics Solutions.
For
example, you can build on
the knowledge we have gained while working on AX 3.0,
4.0 and AX 2009 projects. Maximize the ROI on your
ERP project.
Let us help you 'realize' the benefits
of
'Best Practice'
implementations of Microsoft's Dynamics solutions.
Our implementation methodology reflects our
in depth knowledge of this space and is based on
more than 25 years of ERP |

Project Management
and Implementation experience. Make an informed decision.
Please drop us a
line if
your are considering an ERP solution. We
believe that Microsoft Dynamics solutions offer
the best TCO in the industry!
What tool (s) are you using to Plan for and
Deploy AX 2009?
Why would you use a ‘generic’ ERP
Implementation, Configuration and Deployment
methodology when you can use RCT (Rapid
Configuration Tool) to configure and deploy
AX?
Why have separate PMO Planning and Control
tools (e.g. Issue Management and Change
Management tools) and a Project Management
tool (e.g. a tool for identifying Project
Tasks, dependencies, task estimates,
resource identification and assignments
etc.), when RCT can handle both tasks in an
‘integrated’ fashion from within the AX
environment?
Have you considered the RCT? If not ... WHY?

Our Top 5
'Axioms' based on our more than
25 years of ERP implementation experience:
-
Most, if not all
'failed' projects, fail in the
beginning! The are many reasons
for this, and steps 'can' be taken to
prevent most failures. Unfortunately,
the 'profile' of a 'failed' project
shows that what usually happens, is that
the 'realization', more over the
'acceptance' that a project is failing
is 'denied' until it really 'hurts' when
it surfaces in any of the subsequent
phases in a project. 'When' this
'realization' occurs is really dependent
on how well each step in the
implementation process is monitored
and/or 'measured' by 'client-side'
managers.
-
There are no project
'Failures', there are just 'Varying Degrees of
Success! If you know someone
who thinks this way then you are
headed for trouble! There are project
failures, and your project plan should
be constructed in a fashion so that it will
tell you when and where you are failing
so you can take corrective action ASAP!
-
Don't fix
'Symptoms', fix 'Problems! In too
many cases the real problems are ignored
because the 'symptoms' are more visible.
Dig deeper!
-
You cannot
'configure' or 'implement' what you 'do
not know'! Skipping through
'process analysis' or Business process
Re-Engineering initiatives will not
deliver a solution that meets your
business needs.
-
The best ERP
solution in the world 'can' be
implemented badly.
There are 'three
side's to the ERP implementation fence.
The Software Vendor, the Implementation
Partner and the
Client staff. Do your due diligence and pick your partner
and your companies team members very
carefully.

The CEO: "This Project was a Failure"
The PMO/Project Manager: "It was a Good Plan but
No One Followed It!"
The CEO: "A Good Plan???"
Avoid all of this. Drop us a line and find
out how.
